Still another practice of the Firm is in the area of corporate and commercial transactions, where the Firm has assisted its clients in setting up and managing efficiently and effectively their corporate business in the Philippines. This includes assisting its clients in setting up their respective businesses, conducting legal audits and monitoring and assisting its clients’ corporate compliance with the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other regulatory agencies. The Firm has likewise acted or rendered work as corporate secretary to its clients and has assisted them in drafting and reviewing of their respective corporate contracts, in amending its Articles of Incorporation and in handling their corporate books.
