Intellectual Property

The Firm has likewise assisted its clients in their intellectual property requirements, which includes registration of their respective patents or trademarks or copyrights, their use thereof, and assignments to third parties. The Firm has similarly assisted its clients in enforcing their patents and trademarks and in prosecuting any patent and trademark infringements. The Firm and/or its lawyers are members of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines (IPAP) since 2007.
